Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide monthly preventative maintenance and annual inspection, certification, and testing for a commercial elevator located in Building 20 at the USCG Base Los Angeles Long Beach. The contractor will be responsible for conducting 12 monthly inspections, scheduled for the second week of each month, and one annual inspection and certification/testing of the elevator. The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of labor and material costs and comply with the Service Contract Act Labor Wage Rates for Los Angeles.
