The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive renovation of Patten Hall, including the on‑site medical clinic. The project must comply with historic preservation standards, lead and asbestos abatement regulations, ADA requirements, and include installation of a backup generator for critical medical services. Work encompasses interior demolition, wall and ceiling repairs, painting, flooring replacement, door and hardware upgrades, plumbing and water‑line repairs, new cabinetry, and exterior maintenance such as window cleaning and fire‑rated door installation. The contract is a total small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price, with a performance period of 365 calendar days.
