The State of Colorado is seeking a quote for green twill fabric for the CCi Garment Factory. The quote must include all terms and conditions of the solicitation, and the authorized agent must certify that a conflict of interest does not exist. The vendor must provide their legal company name, doing business as name, contact person name, title, and remit to address. The vendor must also provide their FEIN and vendor number if registered on VSS. The quote must be firm for the 1-year duration of the purchase order or contract.
• The quote must include the price of the fabric, including all costs such as shipping.
• The vendor must provide their shipping terms and estimated shipping charge.
• The vendor must provide their expected delivery date after receipt of the order.
