Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of bulk road salt (sodium chloride) and related deicing materials. State agencies and affiliates may also utilize this contract on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term of one year, with options for renewal. The bidder must provide a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms. The bidder must also submit a completed Responding Bidder Information form, a Certification for Competitive Bid and/or Contract, and any other required documentation.
