The City of St. Louis, via Great Rivers Greenway, is seeking a qualified contractor to design‑build the Brickline Greenway North Connector Phase 3, a multi‑use corridor along Spring Avenue between Washington Avenue and Lindell Boulevard. The scope includes constructing a greenway trail, sidewalks, curbs, unit pavers, street re‑configuration, traffic signals, lighting, utility work, tree planting, landscaping, irrigation, signage, and site furnishings. Bids are sealed, must be accompanied by a 5 % bid bond, and the contractor must be on the Missouri DOT Qualified Contractor List and comply with prevailing‑wage and OSHA safety requirements.
