The Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified vendor to produce, package, label, and ship 33,210 sets of Form 433‑A (Revision 6‑2026). Each set consists of an eight‑page, three‑part form printed on 50‑lb offset paper with specific glue‑strip and stub requirements. The contractor must follow IRS Publication 4803 packaging and labeling rules, provide daily electronic shipping reports (Form 2040), and meet tight delivery deadlines (all shipments completed by 4 August 2026). The work includes pre‑press preparation, proof generation, and compliance with ANSI/ASQC inspection standards.
• Print 33,210 sets (1,000 sets per container) on specified paper and ink specifications.
• Package according to IRS guidelines (banded in multiples of 25, ≤ 32 lb per carton, palletized, IRS‑supplied labels only).
• Ship to multiple IRS sites in Michigan, Utah, and Illinois, with electronic tracking and daily Form 2040 reporting.
