Crosstown Water Main Route Study RFP

The City of Toledo is seeking a professional engineering firm to conduct a comprehensive route‑selection and pipeline‑alignment study for the replacement of approximately 3.5 mi of aging 42‑inch and 60‑inch steel water mains. The study must develop at least three viable corridor alternatives (including one that utilizes the existing I‑75 crossing), perform trenchless crossing analyses, conduct desktop utility SUE, assess environmental impacts, coordinate permitting, and produce a weighted decision matrix leading to a final route selection report.
