Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division - West, in support of Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, intends to make a sole source award to Cascade DAFO, Inc. for the purchase of Cascade Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses (DAFO) for the Department of Orthotic and Prosthetic Services at TAMC. The Cascade DAFO is the only product that can meet the Government's need for patients with severe orthopedic, neurological, and/or sensory-related impairments. Key points to consider: • The award is for the purchase of Cascade Dynamic Ankle-Foot Orthoses (DAFO) for the Department of Orthotic and Prosthetic Services at TAMC. • Cascade DAFO, Inc. is the sole provider and distributor of the Cascade DAFO. • The Government is not obligated to award a contract or pay for the information provided in response to this notice. • Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
