Notice of Intent to Award/Sole Source- Laundry Services- Tsaile Health Center

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center, is intending to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Elite Laundry Company for linen laundry and dry-cleaning services. The proposed contractor shall provide services for the Tsaile Health Center consisting of one one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. The services need to meet hospital grade laundering requirements. • The base period is from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027. • The first option period is from 04/01/2027 to 03/31/2028. • The second option period is from 04/01/2028 to 03/31/2029. • The third option period is from 04/01/2029 to 03/31/2030. • The fourth option period is from 04/01/2030 to 03/31/2031.
