Replace Single Swing Door Operator Assemblies, ADA Push Pads

The Judiciary is seeking a contractor to replace six single swing door operator assemblies and twelve access ADA push pads at Hoapili Hale and Lahaina District Court. The work includes removing existing door operator assemblies and push pads and installing new ones. The contractor must ensure that all work is done in accordance with the contract documents and that the new door operator assemblies and push pads are compatible with each other. The contractor must also dispose of the existing door operator assemblies and push pads. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. • The contractor must provide proof of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects. • The contractor must be able to complete the work within the specified timeframe. • The contractor must be able to provide a performance bond and a payment bond. • The contractor must be able to provide proof of insurance. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed schedule of work. • The contractor must be able to provide a list of all subcontractors and their qualifications.
