Great Miami River - Sidney Ohio Water Intake Dam Modification

The City of Sidney is seeking bids for the Great Miami River - Sidney Ohio Water Intake Dam Modification project. The project includes the construction of a rock riffle downstream of a low-head dam and stabilization of the existing dam. The project is located in the Great Miami River, along Custenborder Park in City of Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio. A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. onsite at 455 Canal Street, Sidney, Ohio. The meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is strongly recommended. All questions regarding the project must be submitted through the Bid Express website no later than June 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The bid submission deadline is June 11, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. • The project requires the use of domestic steel and iron products only. • The project is subject to Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. • The project requires a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the Contract price. • Participation goals for DBE, SBE, MBE, or EDGE have not been established for this project.
