UAF IFB Usibelli Room 009 Radioisotope Laboratory

The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Usibelli Room 009 Radioisotope Laboratory project. The work consists of building out a new laboratory, including framing, vapor barrier, gypsum wall board, paint, acoustical ceiling, light fixtures, and modifications to existing plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Additive alternates exist to address floor coverings, laboratory casework, tables, plumbing fixtures, and the fan coil unit (FCU). Key aspects of the project include: • Federally funded and subject to the provisions of the Build America, Buy America Act • Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid • State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder’s preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied • The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary
