Planned Residential Demolition Group 11.6.25 (9975 Stahelin-Demo Only)

The City of Detroit is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The scope of work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, other hazardous materials removal and disposal, demolition and debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. The successful vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. The City of Detroit reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, waive any non-conformity, re-advertise for quotes, or take any other appropriate action that is in the best interest of the City. • The quote must include a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. • The vendor must provide a cost for each item on the price sheet and professional rate schedule. • The City of Detroit will evaluate quotes based on the lowest, responsive, and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences. • The successful vendor will be required to secure and provide performance and payment bonds to the City of Detroit for the total amount of the work included under the contract.
