Description
The Head Start of Greater Dallas, Inc is seeking bids for the supply of milk products to be distributed across all agency locations within Dallas County. The supplier must have enough staff and vehicles to make several inside deliveries per week of milk and/or milk products to multiple Head Start facilities. The contract will have a firm price for the first year, and any price adjustments after the first year will require mutual agreement between both parties. The awarded bidder must assign a local representative with authority to promptly resolve service issues.
• The bid package must include a minimum of five local references for similar milk product services.
• The bid package must include a copy of the company's insurance documentation.
• The bid package must include pricing information in a separate sealed envelope.
• The delivery terms are FOB destination with inside delivery to specified agency locations.
• The contractor must assign a local representative to resolve service issues.
