Description
The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is soliciting a lump‑sum bid to construct a 1.14‑mile, 161‑kV double‑circuit feeder extension (Feeder 154 & 155) in Mayes County, Oklahoma. Work includes hydrovac daylighting of existing utilities, drilled‑shaft and direct‑embed foundations, erection of steel and wood structures, installation of 795 kcmil ACSR conductors, OPGW, shield‑wire, grounding systems, right‑of‑way restoration, tie‑in to existing feeders, and full testing/commissioning. The contract is “best‑value” and will be awarded on or before 14 Oct 2026.
• Scope covers full transmission‑line construction: foundations, structures, conductors, OPGW, grounding, ROW work, and commissioning.
• Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on 14 Sep 2026; attendance required to submit a bid.
