Description
The Pease Development Authority is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to serve on an on‑call contract for both Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) and Skyhaven Airport (DAW). The contract will provide multi‑phase services—including preliminary planning, detailed design, bid support, construction‑phase engineering, and FAA/NH‑DOT grant administration—on an as‑needed basis over a three‑year base term with possible one‑year extensions.
• Scope covers all typical airport development activities: feasibility studies, surveys, plans, specifications, cost estimating, permitting, construction‑phase resident engineering, and post‑construction close‑out.
• Projects will range from snow‑removal equipment facilities and taxiway design to wildlife‑fence construction, pavement rehabilitation, and terminal expansion, funded by FAA grants and internal budgets.
• The firm must hold New Hampshire professional licenses, carry specified insurance, obtain airport security clearance for key staff, and demonstrate experience with FAA grant assurances and DBE participation.
