Description
The City of Moultrie is seeking bids for the construction of WPCP Modifications. The project includes aerated grit system replacement, primary clarifier abandonment, clarifier bypass line and flume channel installation, and other related work. The project is funded by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority through the State Revolving Fund Program and is subject to various federal and state requirements.
• The project requires a pre-bid conference, although attendance is not mandatory.
• Bidders must provide proof of a valid license as a "Utility Contractor" and employ a "Utility Manager" certification holder.
• The project includes demolition, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, and other necessary appurtenances.
• The time allotted for completion of the work is 360 consecutive calendar days.
• The project will be awarded in one contract.
