Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to pump grease from the Spring Mill Inn on a scheduled basis. The vendor must pump the grease every 6 weeks, between 2 pm and 5 pm on a weekday, and must be able to reach the tank with approximately 120 feet of hose. The tank is 1,000 gallons, and the vendor must scrape the interior tank walls as needed to maximize grease removal. The vendor must also dispose of the grease through certified locations that meet all rules and regulations concerning the material in the State of Indiana.
* The vendor must call the Spring Mill Inn to confirm the pumping date at least 24 hours in advance.
* The vendor must submit a completed bid package by the due date.
* The vendor must be able to provide a price that is valid for 30 calendar days after the response due date.
