The State of Alabama Board of Examiners of Assisted Living Administrators is seeking a vendor to renew and maintain its existing website and database hosting services. The contract will cover monthly web hosting, WordPress support, and ongoing database management for the Board’s public‑facing site. This is a Quick‑Quote solicitation with a total contract ceiling of $25,000 and the possibility of annual renewals for up to five years.
• Provide continuous website hosting on a secure, state‑approved platform (WordPress).
• Manage, back up, and support the existing database system that powers the Board’s website.
• Deliver routine maintenance, security updates, and technical support throughout the contract term.
• Must be registered in Alabama Buys, able to meet E‑Verify and tax registration requirements, and certify no debarment.
• Contract value limited to $25,000 with a maximum 5 % allowable price escalation per year.
