BPA Quality Assurance Testing for USACE Sacramento District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District is seeking qualified laboratories to provide critical Regional Quality Assurance (QA) Testing across its extensive Area of Responsibility (AOR). This effort will directly support materials and water quality testing for a wide range of civil, military, and Veteran’s Affairs construction sites. The contractor shall provide and/or procure all necessary and qualified personnel, facilities, equipment, transportation, and materials required to provide Quality Assurance Laboratory and Field Testing Services. • The contractor shall maintain AASHTO Certification and validation with USACE MTC. • The contractor shall provide QA services compliant with ASTM standards and USACE Materials Testing Center (MTC) standards. • The contractor shall avoid conflicts of interest with the QC contractors. • The contractor shall comply with safety requirements stated in Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1. • The contractor shall conduct services in a safe manner.
