Greenville County is seeking proposals to replace its aging Tax and Auditor software with a modern, scalable solution that meets the county’s specific legislative and size requirements. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive implementation services, ongoing support through phone, email, and ticketing, and demonstrate experience serving other South Carolina counties. Preference will be given to vendors already active in the state. • Must accommodate unique county tax and audit regulations and data structures. • Requires strong, responsive support (phone, email, ticketing) throughout the contract lifecycle. • Preference for vendors with existing contracts or service experience with other SC counties. • Full project includes planning, implementation, training, and ongoing maintenance. • Submission deadline is October 16, 2026 at 3:00 pm.
