Description
The City of Duluth is seeking bids for the 2026 LMIG Resurfacing Project, which involves asphaltic concrete milling, deep patching, excavation of unsuitable material, replacement, grading, compaction of grade aggregate base course, patching, and installation or replacement of thermoplastic striping on various streets within the City of Duluth. The project includes a base project list and an alternate project list. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond, each with a specific rating. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
