Description
The City of Santa Ana is seeking a contractor to perform tenant improvements on the 4th floor of City Hall. The scope of work includes removing and replacing existing carpet, LVT, and wall base, as well as prepping floors and installing transitions. The contractor will also be required to shift existing furniture and create a schedule for construction phasing to notify staff prior to each area being worked on. The project is expected to take 30 working days to complete, and the contractor must possess a valid California Class A or C-15 contractor's license.
• Remove and replace existing carpet, LVT, and wall base on the 4th floor of City Hall
• Prep floors as needed for new flooring and install transitions
• Shift existing furniture as needed
• Create a schedule for construction phasing to notify staff prior to each area being worked on
• Possess a valid California Class A or C-15 contractor's license
• Comply with the City's Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) requirements
