Corrections Center Envelope Renovation

The Tarrant County Corrections Center requires renovation of its exterior envelope. The scope of work includes removing and replacing security windows, refinishing accent and large-format cast stone, removing and replacing sealants, repainting handrails, metal gym screening, and metal louvers, and removing, cleaning, and reinstalling mesh screens. On-site work hours will be weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and weekends will be scheduled with the owner at a minimum of one week's notice. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract. • The contractor will work under the direction and supervision of the Tarrant County Department. • The contractor shall provide certified payroll reports on projects for which the Davis-Bacon Act applies. • The contractor shall meet all safety and health regulations required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. • The contractor shall provide and maintain all protections required by governing laws, regulations, and ordinances.
