Description
Knox County is seeking proposals for auctioneer services. The selected auctioneer will be responsible for conducting auctions for tax sale properties and surplus properties. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The auctioneer will be required to provide a detailed marketing plan, including a demonstration of their ability to market multi-million-dollar properties as well as properties of potential low value. The auctioneer will also be required to provide a rate schedule for general auctioneering services and tax properties.
