Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from contractors to provide vehicle auction and marshalling services for government vehicles in the Helena, MT area. The services required include advising on optimal disposition strategies, performing full vehicle inspections, providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing, creating and executing marketing plans, and conducting activities related to bidder/buyer management. The contractor will also be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service and support to bidders/buyers throughout the sales process.
Some key tasks and responsibilities include:
• Advising on optimal disposition strategies for individual exchange/sale-eligible vehicles
• Performing full vehicle inspections and ensuring complete condition reporting
• Providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing
• Creating and executing marketing plans to catalog vehicles and announce vehicle sales
• Conducting activities related to bidder/buyer management, including registration and validation/eligibility checks
• Providing end-to-end customer service and support to bidders/buyers throughout the sales process
