Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for government vehicles in the Bismark, ND area. The services required include advising on optimal disposition strategies, performing full vehicle inspections, creating and executing marketing plans, and providing end-to-end customer service and support. The period of performance is expected to be from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030, with three option years. Interested parties must be located within 50 miles of the Bismark, ND area and must respond to this Request for Information (RFI) by December 1, 2025.
• The contract will require the contractor to perform various tasks, including vehicle inspections, marketing, and customer service.
• The contractor will need to have expertise in electric vehicle management, operation, and charging infrastructure.
• The contract will also require the contractor to provide recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing, as well as to facilitate payment collection and provide support to bidders and buyers.
• The contractor will need to ensure the security, storage, and release of vehicles from the time of receipt until final removal.
• The contractor will also need to manage the logistics of vehicle transportation and prepare vehicles for sale.
