Description
The Town of Cary is seeking bids from qualified suppliers for the furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of the Upper Brier Creek Interceptor Sewer Rehabilitation Project. This project consists of cleaning/televising and installing CIPP liner in 103 feet of 16" sewer and 3,475 feet of 36" sewer, installing 201 VF of cementitious mortar in manholes, removing and replacing 77 feet of 15" sewer, various manhole and sewer repairs, bypass pumping of wastewater, and other related sewer rehab work. Key aspects of the project include:
• Cleaning and televising of sewer lines
• Installation of CIPP liner
• Manhole and sewer repairs
• Bypass pumping of wastewater
• Related sewer rehabilitation work
The project requires contractors to be licensed to do the specified type of contracting in the State of North Carolina and to comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
