The Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi (PERS) seeks a qualified vendor to print, assemble, and mail approximately 200,500 annual member statements for FY 2027 using variable‑data imaging. The contract includes production of three statement formats (two four‑page booklets and one two‑sided one‑page), provision of secure custom window envelopes, and delivery of pre‑sorted first‑class mail to the U.S. Postal Service. The vendor must handle confidential member data securely, destroy files within 30 days of project completion, and may be required to attend a conference or on‑site visit within five business days of award.
