FY26-Supp #1-Northeast Corridor Cooperative Agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

The Federal Railroad Administration is making available to Amtrak $461,187,434 to cover Capital and Debt Service, which will be used until January 31, 2029, or until expended. The grant application requires the submission of several items, including a Statement of Work, a description of projected operating and capital costs, and a description of capital projects to be funded.
