Exhibit Booth Space

The US Air Force is seeking to procure exhibit booth space at the Air Space and Cyber Conference 2026, scheduled for 14-16 September 2026 at the Gaylord National Hotel in National Harbor, Maryland. The conference is a preeminent annual event, offering unparalleled access to a critical audience of MAJCOM leaders, General Officers, industry partners, and government officials. The Air & Space Forces Association is the only entity with the authority to lease exhibit space for this event. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing exhibit booth space for the 2nd Air Force Commander's communication plan to promote BMT Next initiatives • Influencing future training requirements and resourcing • Offering access to a critical audience of MAJCOM leaders, General Officers, industry partners, and government officials • The conference is scheduled for 14-16 September 2026 • The contract is expected to be a sole-source award to the Air & Space Forces Association
