Shelby County Government is seeking a vendor to provide tire recycling services. The vendor will be responsible for recycling manifested and non-manifested tires, as well as contaminated tires. The contract will be for a period of 180 days, with the option to renew. The vendor must provide a detailed quote, including unit prices and delivery information. The county reserves the right to accept the lowest bid or to reject all bids. * The vendor must have a current Shelby County Business License and active Business Registration Number (BRN) and Vendor number. * The vendor must provide a Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit. * The vendor must have insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability. * The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. * The vendor must provide a detailed quote, including unit prices and delivery information. * The county reserves the right to inspect the vendor's premises and to audit the vendor's records.
