The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, intends to award a sole-source contract to Vulcan Elements Inc. for the supply of Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) Rare Earth Magnets. These magnets are essential for the operational readiness of Small, unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) platforms.
