Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is seeking information from potential sources for the manufacture, packaging, and nationwide delivery of Presidential Memorial Certificate (PMC) Holders. The anticipated requirement includes custom navy blue presentation holders designed to accommodate an 8.5-inch by 11-inch Presidential Memorial Certificate. The holders will include a custom embossed Department of Veterans Affairs logo, interior document retention features, protective acetate inserts, and packaging for shipment to participating VA National Cemeteries. Deliveries are anticipated on a recurring monthly basis to multiple locations throughout the United States.
Some key points to consider:
• The contract is expected to be for one base year and four one-year options.
• The Government anticipates awarding a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
• Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
• A solicitation announcement may be published on SAM.gov and/or GSA eBuy at a later date.
