Description
The City of Tulsa is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and integrate three (3) electromagnetic insertion flowmeters at its Mohawk Water Treatment Plant. The contract includes delivery, full installation, SCADA integration, calibration, and a one‑year warranty on both equipment and workmanship. The bid must be submitted sealed by 7 Jan 2026 and the contractor must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference on 16 Dec 2025.
• Supply three Flow‑Tronic TORPEE‑MAG 1.5″ flowmeters (or equivalent) with TMC‑20 converters and all required accessories.
• Perform complete installation, electrical wiring, SCADA (4‑20 mA, digital pulse, Modbus RTU) integration, calibration, and verification within two weeks of start‑up.
• Provide all documentation (data sheets, wiring diagrams, operation manuals, safety plans) within 10 days of award and maintain a 1‑year warranty with a 72‑hour warranty response time.
