Description
The Savannah/Chatham County Public School System is seeking a firm or joint venture to provide professional Program Management services for their capital projects portfolio. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the district's capital projects, including planning, design, bidding, construction, and occupancy. The project includes various tasks such as schematic design, review and approval, design phase, bid and contract award, construction, punch list, and final inspection. The project duration is approximately 1605 days.
