Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of a modular office. The office should be 12' x 60' and include features such as two entry/exit doors, an office with a locking door, built-in desk(s) with filing, vinyl floor tiles, vinyl-covered gypsum or paneled interior walls, pre-finished gypsum ceilings, surface-mounted lighting, and a 100-amp breaker panel. The office should also have central HVAC and be skirting with anchors/tie-downs. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the office to the specified location and provide exact placement, anchoring, and tie-down.
• The modular office must be FOB Destination Point.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to three one-year periods.
• The City has a policy of making all payments through electronic deposits into the awarded entity's designated bank account.
