CODIS Phase III (Specialized Forensics IT Equipment)

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking information from vendors to provide specialized forensics IT equipment to support the development of a national genetics database in Mexico. The equipment includes servers, workstations, UPS battery back-up systems, and backup devices. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and providing training on the equipment, as well as providing maintenance and support services for a period of 12 months. Key features of the project include: * Providing IT equipment to nine state forensics genetics accredited laboratories in Mexico * Delivering, installing, and testing the equipment * Providing training to end-users on the operation of the equipment and software * Providing maintenance and support services for a period of 12 months * Ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and customs procedures
