Description
The State of Alabama’s Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide monthly pest‑control services for three storm‑shelter buildings located at the Tuscumbia Area yard (295 Hwy. 20 East, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). The contract will run from the award date through September 30, 2026, with service required once per month. The scope includes treatment for a comprehensive list of indoor pests, excluding brown‑recluse spiders, and must comply with all state procurement and E‑Verify requirements.
• Service Frequency: One‑time per month for each of the three shelters.
• Target Pests: Roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, indoor fleas, indoor ticks, spiders (excluding brown recluses), centipedes, millipedes, crickets, earwigs, nesting wasps.
• Contract Length: Approximately 7 months (award to 9/30/26) with a fixed monthly schedule.
• Compliance: Must be registered on Alabama Buys, certify non‑collusion, be E‑Verify enrolled, and meet any post‑award licensing/insurance requests.
