Description
The Berlin Borough Board of Education seeks a qualified vendor to provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) services, supervised by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to support students with behavioral and communication challenges across its elementary, middle, and preschool sites for the remainder of the 2025‑2026 school year, with an option to renew annually. The vendor must recruit, train, place, and supervise up to five RBTs/aides, deliver daily 1:1 behavioral support, collect and report data, and maintain strict compliance with NJDOE clinic requirements, licensing, insurance, and reporting obligations.
• Daily 1:1 ABA‑based behavioral support in schools (6 paid hours per day).
• Vendor‑provided BCBA supervision and monthly documentation for each RBT.
• Mandatory monthly placement reports, rapid response to district inquiries (within 1 business day), and adherence to NJDOE clinic, licensing, and insurance standards.
• Contract starts January 2026, runs through the end of the 2025‑2026 school year, with potential yearly renewal.
