Behavioral Health Furniture Fargo

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure healthcare modular furniture for the locked Inpatient Mental Health Unit at the Fargo VA Health Care System. The requirement includes healthcare modular furniture, furniture delivery, certified professional installation of furniture, and floor fixing where required. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing project management, design, ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation of new furniture. The contractor must also provide maintenance manuals, training, and site cleanup after installation. The furniture must meet specific requirements, including being safe, durable, and comfortable, and must comply with the Mental Health Environment of Care Checklist. • The contract will be for a single award, firm fixed price. • The delivery is FOB Destination. • The installation will be phased, dependent on the remodel/construction contract schedule. • The contractor must provide a bill of materials, labor/installation line item, and total cost for each deliverable separately. • The contractor must remove all related shipping debris and cleanup any materials and tools associated with delivery and installation of the specified items.
