Specialized Behavioral ALTR Homes

The Department of Developmental Services is seeking qualified providers to deliver behavioral health services through the Adult Long Term Residential (ALTR) service model. This model provides additional supports using staff with specialized training and expertise. The RFR requires bidders to submit a quote that includes a description of their approach, qualifications, and pricing. The successful bidder will be required to maintain an active COMMBUYS seller account and participate in the Commonwealth's Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities • Delivering services through the ALTR service model • Meeting the requirements of the Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) • Complying with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the use of the COMMBUYS market center and the submission of electronic funds transfer payments • Participating in the debriefing and appeals process, if necessary
