Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide office janitorial services at Success Lake. The contractor will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, emptying trash, cleaning floors, and restocking supplies. The contract period is from 13 Aug 2026 to 31 Jul 2027. The Government will award a contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies to perform the work.
• The contractor must have the necessary experience and qualifications to perform the work.
• The Government reserves the right to reject any offer that is deemed to be unrealistic or unbalanced.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental, and safety standards.
