Description
The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt is seeking a contractor to design and build an indoor shooting range for the Internal Security Forces (ISF) at the ISF Aramoun academy in Lebanon. The project includes site survey, design submittals, structural work, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, signs, shooting range railing, mechanical works, electrical works, fire and CO detection system, CCTV system, earthing system, lightning system, and Uninterruptable Power Supply. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $1,600,000. Interested companies must express their interest by June 7, 2026, and provide a thorough description of their ability to obtain authorization to perform in Lebanon.
• The project requires design and construction of an indoor shooting range
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to perform the renovation
• The project includes various works such as structural work, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, signs, shooting range railing, mechanical works, electrical works, fire and CO detection system, CCTV system, earthing system, lightning system, and Uninterruptable Power Supply
• The contractor must be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform construction work in Lebanon
• The contractor must provide information on their ability to obtain authorization to perform in Lebanon and provide a plan to mitigate any risk associated with entry or work visa issues
