Roofing Repair and Replacement

The Grosse Pointe Public School System is seeking bids for a district-wide Roofing Repair and Replacement project on an Indefinite Scope / Indefinite Quantity basis. The project has a base term of one year with an option for four additional one-year term extensions. The bid documents will be available starting November 18, 2025, and sealed bids are due on December 11, 2025. The project does not require a bid security, but the bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the School District and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The project is for district-wide facility improvements. • The bid documents will be available for examination at Ehresman Architects and Grosse Pointe Public School System. • Contractors can arrange site visits by contacting Mr. Ben Matteson. • The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
