Description
The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, Uruguay, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for elevators located at the Embassy compound. The contractor will be required to provide recurring onsite preventive maintenance visits, emergency callback services, inspection and testing support, technical reporting, and related elevator maintenance services. The contract will be for a one-year base period with no option years unless otherwise determined by the Government.
• The contractor must demonstrate the capability to provide continuous local technical support and operational presence in Montevideo, Uruguay, throughout the contract performance period.
• The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, testing equipment, consumables, replacement parts, and technical support necessary to maintain the elevators in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition.
• The contractor must follow manufacturer recommendations and applicable industry standards.
• The contractor must submit their proposals via email to [email protected] no later than June 15, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
