NOI YSI Preventative Maintenance

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for YSI Laboratory Equipment used at the Defense Centers for Public Health (DCPH) to support the mission of DCPH-Aberdeen (DCPH-A) Laboratory. The contractor will be required to perform one annual preventive maintenance service on each piece of equipment, provide technical support, and repair services as needed. The contractor must be OEM trained and have demonstrated technical competence. • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods. • The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and access to government facilities. • The contractor will be required to provide a written field service report for each piece of equipment serviced. • The contractor will be required to provide a cost estimate for any additional work noted during the service visit.
