Description
The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing a residential property located at 14102 Seymour. The property has 2 units, was built in 1926, and has a floor area of 2,050 square feet. Interested vendors are encouraged to visit the site to understand the current conditions that may affect the bid price. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement.
• The successful vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification.
• The vendor will be subject to the “CDD_Abatement and Demolition_Contractor Discipline Policy_5.12.2025”.
• The City will determine that a vendor is ineligible for the award of this RFQ if they are subject to disciplinary action or have not commenced demolition within the timeframe stipulated in the applicable Scope of Services.
