Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the removal and installation of flooring for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety (DPS) located at 290 E. Airport Ave, Building A, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. Bidders must submit their bids by 10:00 AM CT on March 17, 2026. A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening, and any vendor intending to submit a bid must have at least one duly authorized representative attend the mandatory jobsite visit.
• The bidder must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and install flooring for the DPS.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond if required.
• The bidder must deliver all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
