Linen and Mat Rental and Cleaning Services at the Anchorage and Eielson Commissaries in Alaska

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking interested firms to provide Linen and Mat Rental and Cleaning Services for the Anchorage and Eielson Commissaries in Alaska. The contractor will be responsible for supplying the commissaries with linens, mats, and mops, and then servicing them by cleaning them weekly. The contract is expected to last for 5 years, with four option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Some key requirements of the contract include: • Providing linens, mats, and mops that meet specific product specifications • Picking up and delivering linens, mats, and mops on a weekly basis • Coordinating with the Commissary Officer to establish a designated weekday and time frame for delivery and pick-up • Maintaining and acquiring all necessary permits in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations • Complying with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines
